Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 + incentive package
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, explaining service offerings, and managing inquiries professionally. Candidates should be sales-driven, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential customers and and explain the firm’s services
– Handle inquiries, quotations, and sales negotiations professionally.
– Maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
– Previous sales experience is a must.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
– Strong communication skills.
– Goal-oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
