About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Executive! In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting clients and internal teams with a full spectrum of HR functions—including recruitment, payroll, and work pass applications—while ensuring compliance and great employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients and internal roles
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Administer monthly payroll, leave, and claims in compliance with local laws
- Submit and monitor work pass applications (EP, S Pass, WP)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide HR advisory support and participate in process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Meticulous, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an HR agency or consulting environment is a plus
