About the Role:
Customer experience is everything. We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll provide support and guidance to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
- Provide support in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes
- Gather feedback to continuously improve client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business/Communications or related field
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in B2B or HR-related customer service is an advantage
