About the Role:
Customer experience is everything. We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll provide support and guidance to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
  • Provide support in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Business/Communications or related field
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in B2B or HR-related customer service is an advantage
